I integrate relational-cultural, sensorimotor psychotherapy, psychodynamic, mindfulness, attachment theory, and parts work approaches in my work. As a relational therapist, I believe that safety within our therapeutic relationship is foundational to all possible growth and change. I approach all aspects of my clients with curiosity and compassion, especially the parts that may be hard for my clients to accept. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a container that could bring together the unhealed parts when we engage in open and authentic discussions about it. I use a phase-oriented treatment for trauma healing to create safety, develop resources, and process and integrate their experiences.
Regular 50-55 minute session: $200
75-minute intake: $275
90-minute extended sessions: $325
120-minute intensives: $425

I work with couples through an attachment lens to deepen understanding of each other and build a long-lasting bond.
50-55 minute session: $220
75-minute intake: $275

We will take a walk together at Discovery Park. Invite nature and movement into our session and experience an integration of resourcing and processing.
60 minute session: $200

I offer attachment-centered and whole-brain-based support to parents with young children (0-5). These sessions will involve learning about young nervous systems, trying different parenting skills and may include gentle healing for your inner young parts.
I also provide parents with medically-complex children effective strategies to support their kids’ health journey.
50-60 minute sessions: $180

Psycho-educational groups and processing groups offer you a nurturing environment for open conversations, fostering connection, understanding, and healing.
Finding Solid Ground: a trauma recovery focused skills group. Dates will be announced soon.

Using archetype-based symbolism, we explore and process emotions and deepen the understanding of self.
